THE MIAMI-DADE AVIATION DEPARTMENT GROUND TRANSPORATION PERMIT & EMPLOYEE PARKING SECTION:

Ground Transportation/TNC (Share Rides):

Responsible for developing and conducting processes related to a Ground Transportation Permit Agreement that must be issued by MDAD for any person, firm or corporation requiring to conduct ground transportation at Miami International Airport and the General Aviation Airports. Processes include the monitoring and review of permit applications and all related documents to ensure compliance with County and MDAD policies and procedures. Assist and guide prospective airport customer, the public and existing Permittees with all permitting, regulatory and other aviation related requests and questions. The Ground Transportation Permit Section oversees the collection of Permit established fees and further enforces and monitors compliance with all rules, regulations, terms, conditions, and covenants of the Permit, as well as Departmental established procedures and business practices.

Employee Parking:

Responsible for developing and coordinating employee parking for all airline tenants and business partners that have employees working at Miami International Airport.
